PSO: Pocket’s loot game opens up properly once you start pushing deeper into the later areas and higher difficulties. Rare and S-Rank weapons are where classes really start to show off, giving every hunter something flashy and powerful to chase.

Rare gear starts showing up in deeper runs, while S-Rank items first appear in Mines on V.Hard difficulty and above. On top of that, the new campaign quest line offers a memorable reward: your first single-life campaign clear lets you pick and name an S-Rank weapon.

Rare Utility

Why are Scape Dolls and Telepipes so valuable?

In PSO: Pocket, utility drops can be just as run-defining as weapons. Scape Dolls rescue a hard push from ending on the spot, while Telepipes let you escape back to Pioneer 2, bank what matters, restock, and keep a good session alive.

That makes both items much more meaningful than standard consumables. They are not filler loot — they are the kind of drops that change your decisions the moment they hit the floor.
